We are based in Lithuania and do ship to all EU countries. Delivery in EU takes somewhere from 5 to 10 working days, as in Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) – 1-2 working days.
Our courier shipments have assigned tracking number, that allows you to track them easily.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks to issue a refund and return your product.
If you would like to return a product, you have to follow these guidelines:
– The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
– The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
– The product has to be damage free.
